Weekly Update

December 2, 2022

The Dakota Corps Scholarship is due December 15. This is a competitive full tuition scholarship for students planning to stay in South Dakota.

Sophomores and Juniors who took the PSAT in October can access their scores online beginning December 5. Paper score reports are available in the counseling office. Sophomores were invited to attend a score presentation Friday for a more detailed explanation of their results and preparing for next year.

Thank you to the junior parents for joining us at our parent meeting on Monday. If you were unable to attend please find the recording and slides (with links) used in the meeting under the appropriate tab below.

We will be hosting a new student lunch and an international student lunch next week. These lunches are a time to bring the students together and talk about the end of the semester and preparing for semester exams.

Host Family needed!

We are in need of a family to host a current O'Gorman High School Student. The Student is from Czech Republic and is currently a Junior. Originally, she had planned to only complete one semester at O'Gorman but has enjoyed her time so much that she would like to complete the full school year. If you are interested or would like more information on becoming a host family please contact Corbin Lehn by phone or email: clehn@ogknights.org, (605)575-3316.
